Real estate has learned how to optimize buildings, pricing, and locations. What it still struggles to understand is what actually makes people stay.
I built Negba to turn that missing human layer into something we can finally see, measure, and design for.
Yehonatan Daniel founded Negba after years of working at the intersection of intelligence analysis, strategy, entrepreneurship, and community research. His work focuses on translating human behavior, belonging, and social patterns into actionable intelligence for residential real estate operators.
As traditional community structures eroded and loneliness became a defining challenge of modern life, Yehonatan recognized that these trends were not only social issues, but also strategic risks and untapped opportunities for the real estate industry.
He is also the author of The Anatomy of Belonging, a book exploring the breakdown of community structures, the rise of loneliness, and the critical role of belonging in resilience at the individual, organizational, and urban levels. The research behind the book forms the conceptual foundation of Negba’s approach.
Negba emerged from this insight: a platform designed to turn social fragmentation into actionable intelligence, helping residential operators build stronger communities, improve retention, and create long-term portfolio value.
